Can uh suggest some work. Out tips like from home with out going for gym being healthy fit n fine

    There is a lot you can do at home but to keep it simple i would give three exercises per body part

    Legs you can do back/front lunges, squats, for core/trunk you can do russian twists, knee raises, ab crunches, back extensions, side bends or holds, p

    Pulling for upper body you can do rows with weight, or on door frames, deadlifts with some weight

    For pushing do pushups (on knees if to hard), dips, overhead press with some weight. Any exercise with weight on one side work the trunk/core.
