Mikel1 day agoLegs you can do back/front lunges, squats, for core/trunk you can do russian twists, knee raises, ab crunches, back extensions, side bends or holds, p

Mikel1 day agoPulling for upper body you can do rows with weight, or on door frames, deadlifts with some weight

Mikel1 day agoFor pushing do pushups (on knees if to hard), dips, overhead press with some weight. Any exercise with weight on one side work the trunk/core.

Mikel1 day agoThree times a week, four sets minimum per day until muscles burn or fatigue, any two excercises you want. You can do more if you want.
