Bcoz most people lack self awareness and doesn't even address their behaviour. People are too busy looking outside that thery forget to look within.

Cos some people are socially awkward which means they usual lack certain intelligence to recognize they're awkward. Or if they do they think it's oka.

Think it's okay to ramain that way. Even if it costs them a lot in life. Jobs, friends, social status. They won't change.
