My name is Jim and I am a nice recently retired massage practitioner. My house is located within two miles of the medical college campus. I have been widowed since 2017 and now lease 4 of the 5 bedrooms to nursing students. I am pleased to have such lovely tenants and have worked out rent reduction options that are available and fairly popular other nursing students who wish to participate. I am an average 65 year old single man with average but appreciative equipment. Glad to share some views with anyone curious!
